Return & Refund Policy
Our Return and Refund Policy is designed to provide clear guidance for customers who are considering placing an order, have already placed an order, or wish to return an item. By placing an order on this site, every customer agrees to these terms. To request a return, please log in to your customer account.
1) 30-Day Return Policy
If you change your mind, you have the right to return your item within 30 days of delivery. Once a return request is initiated, you must complete the return within 10 days of the request, totalling 40 days from the delivery date. Returns will not be accepted after these 40 days.
2) Free Gift
With every order, you will receive a gift. If you return your order, the gift must also be returned; otherwise, its value will be deducted from your refund amount.
3) Item Condition
Returned items must be in their original, saleable condition with all original packaging.
4) Delivery Charges
Delivery charges are non-refundable. Only the value of the goods will be refunded.
5) Return Charges
The customer is responsible for any charges associated with returning items, except in cases where the item is faulty. In such cases, the company will cover the return costs.
6) Faulty or Incorrect Items
It is rare that a faulty item will be shipped, as all products are inspected prior to dispatch. If you believe you have received a faulty item, please contact us within 3 working days of receiving it. Do not return any item before contacting us.
7) Non-Returnable Items
Returns will not be accepted for items that are used, show signs of wear, are damaged, personalized, or broken. For hygiene reasons, earrings are non-returnable.
8) Refund Processing Time
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you of approval. Approved refunds will be processed automatically.
9) Refund Timeline
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of the company receiving the returned item. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank to process and post the refund to your account.
10) Returns on Free Delivery Offers
If you return an order (in full or in part) that was shipped with free delivery, you will be responsible for return delivery charges.
11) Exchanges
To exchange an item, return the purchased item and place a new order for the desired product.
12) Cancellation Policy
We do not charge cancellation or restocking fees. However, we cannot cancel an order once it has been dispatched, as we strive to provide fast and efficient delivery.
13) Undelivered Orders
If your order is undelivered or delayed 7 working days after the due date, please contact us as soon as possible to track your order and make a claim through the courier services.
14) Return Process
Returns will not be accepted without an authorized return request.
15) Return Address
Please contact us for the return address, and we will guide you through the return process.
16) Return Tracking
To ensure your return is processed, please provide the tracking number of the return parcel. Refunds cannot be issued without tracking information.
