Product Information
We aim to provide accurate product information, including color, style uses and material. But because digital pictures, products may vary in its color or size.
We have the right not to sell our products to someone. We can cancel your order in case any product gets out of stock. We can cancel and issue a refund to you. If this happened please accept our apologies for any inconvenience. We will try to refund you as soon as possible if you have paid for an out-of-stock product. We also will inform you as soon as possible.

Material & Shape
Our jewellery is Tarnish free and some of them are gold plated. You can wear them while bathing, or swimming. We can give a guarantee for material not for shape as shapes can be seen differently on the screen and the original view can be changed.
Other Items Other Than Jewellery
We can not give a guarantee for other items because with time they may become lost and weak. Which can not be identified from the human eye easily. We are not able to accept the return of those items (except jewellery).
Hair accessories may have a smell of paraffin which is due to the process used to dry clean garments after embroidery. This smell will evaporate once the garment has been removed from packaging.
